The Rules of Using This Site.

These Terms govern your access to claudeaitradingbot.com and every product, page, video, signal, and mentorship call sold under the Power of One brand. By visiting the site or buying anything from it you agree to everything below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or purchasing from this website you confirm that you (a) are at least 18 years old, (b) have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement in your country of residence, and (c) accept these Terms of Use, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the site immediately and not purchase any product.

2. What we sell

Power of One sells digital educational products:

• Tier 01 — eBook: a downloadable PDF/EPUB explaining the Power of One strategy.
• Tier 02 — Bundle: the eBook plus video training modules, signal templates, and the private spreadsheet.
• Tier 03 — Mentorship: everything in Tier 02 plus 1:1 calls with Tony booked through Calendly and access to the private members channel.

Every product is a piece of educational content. We do not manage your money, place trades for you, or guarantee any financial result.

4. Account & access rules

When you purchase a product we issue you access credentials (download link, login, Calendly invite, or channel invite). These credentials are personal and non-transferable.

• You may not share your login, download link, or member-area URL with anyone else.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute any product, video, eBook, signal, or chat message.
• You may not screenshot or screen-record private mentorship channels for public posting.
• One person, one seat. Mentorship seats are sold to individuals — not businesses, prop firms, or signal services.

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if these rules are broken.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site and inside every product — written copy, videos, signals, spreadsheets, charts, images, branding, and the "Power of One" name and logo — is owned by us or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the product for your own learning. You do not receive ownership.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, repost, translate, mirror, scrape, train AI models on, or commercially reuse any part of the content without prior written consent.

• All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product page (USD unless stated otherwise) and exclude any local taxes unless explicitly noted.
• We process payments through reputable third-party processors. We never store your full card details on our servers.
• We may change pricing, run promotions, or retire products at any time. Changes never affect orders already placed.
• If a price is displayed in error (an obvious typo or misconfigured discount) we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the buyer rather than honour the wrong price.

• Attempt to access, probe, or scan the vulnerability of any part of the site or its infrastructure.
• Bypass any access control, paywall, member-area lock, or download limit.
• Harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate any other member, our team, or Chef Tony.
• Post, upload, or share content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or hateful inside any community channel we host.
• Use any automated agent, bot, scraper, or AI tool to copy or republish our content.

Violations may result in immediate termination of your account without refund and, where appropriate, legal action.

9. Testimonials, screenshots, and results

Member testimonials and trade screenshots shown on this site reflect the experience of specific individuals at a specific moment in time. They are not promises of future performance and they are not a guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Some testimonials may be composites of real member feedback presented for clarity; we keep written consent on file for every real-name testimonial and remove any testimonial on request.

10. Third-party services

The site links to or integrates with third-party platforms — exchanges, charting tools, payment processors, Calendly, email providers, and analytics. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of those third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and every product is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost trades, missed opportunities, or trading losses — arising out of or related to your use of the site or any product. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) survive any termination.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is registered, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email within thirty (30) days will be resolved by binding individual arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action against us.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase is the version that applies to your order. If a change is material we will email registered members before it takes effect. Continued use of the site after a change goes live constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and the invalid provision will be replaced by an enforceable one that most closely matches its intent.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms — together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy — constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and any product purchased from it, and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject.
