Why this policy exists

Every product we sell — the eBook, the video training library, and the live mentorship — is digital and immediately consumable. The moment you complete checkout, the strategy, prompts, setup walkthroughs, and frameworks are transferred to you and become part of your knowledge.

Unlike a physical product that can be returned in its original condition, information cannot be un-read, videos cannot be un-watched, and a mentorship call cannot be un-attended. For this reason, we operate a strict no-refund policy once access has been granted — the same standard followed by virtually every digital-content provider, online education platform, and paid software product.

We make this policy clear at every step of the purchase process so there are no surprises, and so the price stays as low as it does (refund fraud is one of the biggest cost drivers in digital products — keeping it out keeps prices in).

When the no-refund rule activates — by tier

The exact moment a sale becomes final depends on which tier you purchased. In all cases, the trigger is the granting of access, not the time elapsed since checkout.

What we will always help with

The no-refund policy applies to buyer's-remorse refund requests, not to genuine service issues. If any of the following happens, contact us and we'll fix it at no charge:

• You completed a purchase but the product isn't appearing in your dashboard
• The download link is broken, the file is corrupt, or a video won't play
• You accidentally purchased the same tier twice (duplicate charge) — we'll refund the duplicate
• You purchased a higher tier and want to upgrade to the bundle or mentorship — we'll credit the lower-tier amount toward the upgrade within 7 days of original purchase
• A scheduled mentorship session was disrupted by a technical issue on our end — we'll reschedule at no cost
• Anything else where you genuinely didn't receive what you paid for — talk to us first, we're reasonable

Chargebacks & disputed transactions

Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer after you've received and accessed digital materials constitutes a violation of these terms and may be treated as fraud. We track customer acceptance of this policy at the point of checkout, and we will respond to any chargeback by submitting the following evidence to your card issuer:

• Timestamped record of your checkout, including IP address and device fingerprint
• Copy of this refund policy as displayed at the time you purchased
• Your explicit acceptance of the policy via the checkout acknowledgment checkbox
• Server-side log of every product access event from your account (downloads, video streams, mentorship session bookings)
• Email confirmation showing successful delivery of access credentials

Chargeback disputes filed without first contacting our support team will be contested. Where a chargeback is successfully reversed in our favour, the customer's account may also be suspended and access to all purchased materials revoked.
